Wetting and drying and the barotropic solver

I have a new bathymetry file from Rob Cermak, including the h2 field, but also including a new bathymetry. Since we may want truly tidal flows, this bathymetry has a minimum depth of -5, though MOM6 was told MINIMUM_DEPTH=4 and MASKING_DEPTH=1. In the model, anything shallower than 1 m is masked out and anything between 1 and 4 m is set to 4 m. The problem is inside the land mask, where bathyT is still -5. It is then compared with SSH at 0 and a warning is generated. I'm getting an insane number of warnings, masking any other real messages I should be getting.

Are the warnings coming from the "bad values" check at MOM6/MOM.F90 at dev/gfdl · NOAA-GFDL/MOM6 or somewhere else?

OK - that test, or the values, need masking. We'll look at it...
