According to the User's Guide, the defaults of DIF2 and DIF4 are "resolution dependent".
What are the defaults of DIF2 and DIF4 for T106 EUL?

For dif2, the default for all resolutions above T5 is dif2 = 2.5e5
For dif4, there is no specified default at T106 but
Williamson, et al (Climate Dynamics, 1995) suggest a value of
dif4 = 1.0e15
