What is the difference between compset "B1850C5" and "F1850C5".

Recently we are trying to setup a test case, which is compset "B1850C5", grid "f02_f02".We can not create a new case from "B1850C5", "f02_f02" directly, but can easily setup case of "F1850C5", "f02_f02".So, what is the difference between compset "B1850C5" and "F1850C5"?Thanks, Wei

"B" means that all model components are active, "F" means that ocean and sea ice components are "data" (not active in the simulation, just used as data input to the other components).
