what is the resolution of land cover data in CLM 4.5?

I found out in the technical guide section 2.2.3 said the base spatial resolution of surfdace data for percent plant functional types is 0.05 degree, while the land cover dataset covered in section 21.3 of the user guide is at 0.5 degree. I am a bit confused..when I produced my surface dataset with mksurfdata of CLM 4.5, I found the resolution is 0.5 degree.  What is the actual resolution of the land cover data in CLM 4.5?If there is any 0.05 degree land cover data, where are these 0.05 degree dataset?Thanks...
