what's the difference between forcing_shf.F90 and forcing_coupled.F90 in determining the ocean surface heat flux

Hi!    I want to modify the code to give a prescribed surface heat flux to ocean, but I can't make sure which code determining the surface heat flux between forcing_coupled.F90 and forcing_shf.F90?    any reply would be very appreciated!    Qin Wen
