What's the difference between Initialization Time '2000, 2010, HIST' ?

Hello everyone,
There are three similar compsets which use CAM60%CCTS1 component, the names of these compsets are FCnudged, FC2010climo and QPC2000climo. But the Initialization Time are HIST, 2010 and 2000, respectively. Anyone can tell me the difference between them?

If I use QPC2000climo compset while modify the INPUT_Data in namelist from 2000 to 2010, does it have the same effect as FC2010?

The difference between HIST, 2010 and 2000 are:
HIST => timeseries of the forcing that varies year to year
2000 => climatological forcing representative of the year 2000 (climatology over the year 1995-2005)
2100 => climatological forcing representative of the year 2010 (climatology over the year 2005-2015 or 2006-2014)

Hello, after reading your reply, I still don't fully understand yet. Does 2000 mean that all years of forcing are the average forcing from 1995 to 2005? I'd appreciate it if you could give me some tips!

I want to know if the initialization time for F2000climo can be changed? Because I see the initialization time is set to the default value of 2000.
