Where is sea ice concentration calculated in icepack-master?

Dear developer of Icepack,
In order to calculate specific humidity of time step n using slp(mean sea level pressure), Td(2m dew point temp) and Tair(2m temp), I need to know sea ice concentration of time step n-1. So Could you please tell me in which code sea ice concentration is calculated in Icepack?
