Hi

I have created my own surface datasets for a region and put them under one directory $HOME/inputdata. According to CLM Documentation
link_dirtree can be used to establish the softlinks of original surface datasets (here in glade/p/cesmdata/cseg/inputdata) under the directory $HOME/inputdata.
However, I can find the where the link_dirtree is under $CESMROOT.
Could someone provide the path of link_dirtree ?

Sincerely,

I don't think link_dirtree is supported anymore. You'll have to point to your datasets using your user_nl_* files.
