Where to send feedback / changes on build process?

Hi guys,

In working with CAM5 for some users on multiple systems here, I made a few minor changes to the 'configure' script to make my life a bit easier and I think they might be useful to other users, too. Nothing major, just 'simplification' stuff. How do I send these modifications back to the CAM (and later, CESM) teams?
