Hi, everyone!

I configured a workstation myself to port CESM1.2.2. But my workstation is ADM chip, I utilize intel compiler 2017, whether it is OK, and whether it will affect performance. If not, which compiler should I use to port cesm1.2.2 to my workstation using ADM chip? Thank you very much for responding to my questions!

I'm sorry Yongsheng but CESM 1.2.2 is no longer supported. You should not have any problem doing a port especially using the intel compiler. You should be able to update to the latest intel and not be stuck with 2017 - it's a free download.

Hi, jedwards

In other words, the AMD chip I am using does not support the port of CESM1.2.2 ? Thank you!

No that is not what I said - I believe that with sufficient diligence you can successfully run cesm 1.2.2 on that AMD chip, but we cannot offer any official support for cesm 1.2.2 (on any platform) because that version of the model is old and no longer supported
