Hi,

I am going to run CLM over the Arctic region and looking for the right version to use. I know Leah Birch introduced the arctic phenology changes. But I am not sure whether the current release-clm5.0 on github ESCOMP/CTSM includes Leah Birch's change of the parameters.

How could I know whether the current release-clm5.0 includes the changes or not ?

Sincerely,

erik

It does not. Nor is it planned to go in the release-clm5.0 version. It IS planned for the development version of CTSM and will be a CTSM5.1 feature that will come in a future ctsm5.1 tag. We expect this to happen in a few weeks. There is a PR for it on the CTSM github.com page that you can examine.

Thanks, Erik.

What does PR mean ? When I go to CTSM tag page ESCOMP/CTSM, there are many tags related to ctsm5.1.
How could I check which tag includes the arctic phenology changes that Leah Birch introduced ?

Sincerely,

Oh, sorry PR is Pull Request. The specific PR that includes Leah's changes that will be coming to CTSM main-development is this one...

As I said it's not in an official tagged version as of yet.

Okay, thanks for the explanation. I think I will wait for the official tagged version that will come in a few weeks.
