which output is respond for the orbital parameters?

Hi all,  I have used cesm 1.0.3 for a single forcing run with orbital parameters (the obital parameters change from 0AD to 2000AD ), but the temperature change very small.I can't find the variables outputs from CAM4 respond for the orbital change.  thanks for your help!!!
