Hi, all,

I revised the source code of clm5, but the model presents column carbon imbalance errors, I have
encountered before, I know the use_fun or not part in NutrientCompetitionFlexibleCNMod.F90
could impact on this part, but not sure is there other parts that do impact on the column carbon balance.
