Why can't the command "ncks" be found?

I want to generate the corresponding mesh file using my own atm forcing data, but an error occurred when generating the atm_scrip.nc file using ncks in the mksurfdata_esmf directory. Do you have any suggestions for this error?
The specific error reports are as follows：

You need the "nco" package. On our machines, we "module load nco"
