Dear all, I have trouble when I was creating domain map using script mkmapdata.sh
When I run command "./mkmapdata.sh -r $GRIDNAME -f $GRIDFILE -t regional >& filename.log"
With dependencies as ESMF 7_1_0r, NCL 6.6.2, NetCDF 4.7.4
I got error "Error: Unable to detect the source grid file type"
With dependencies as ESMF 8_0_1, NCL 6.6.2, NetCDF 4.7.4
I got error
"/usr/sw-cluster/apps/soft/esmf/8.0.1/netcdf4.7.4_intel2017/bin/binO/Linux.intel.64.intelmpi.default//ESMF_RegridWeightGen: symbol lookup error: /usr/sw-cluster/apps/soft/esmf/8.0.1/netcdf4.7.4_intel2017/bin/binO/Linux.intel.64.intelmpi.default//ESMF_RegridWeightGen: undefined symbol: esmf_utiltypesmod_mp_esmf_extrapmethod_creep_"

Thanks for your kindness, I have solved the problem by simply reinstalling ESMF_7_1_0. As far as my perspective, you can neglect the rm error cuz it doesn't matter.
