no implementation getenv for this machine

Dear all
When making a domain file in ... /... /... /src directory, an error occurs while making.and I open the F90 file that reported the error, and it saysno implementation getenv for this machine，I checked the related posts and changed the OS in config_machines.xml to the correct one, but it still reports the same error.
