why anomaly forcing for global simulation did not work well in CLM5

My regional simulation with the anomaly forcing method works well, but when I change to a global simulation, the below
error appears for atm.log..

You may find it helpful to carefully compare the global file that fails with the corresponding regional file that works, in case something obvious stands out.

My res is f09_g17, I would like to confirm if i set ATM_DOMAIN and fatmlandfrac both as 0.9x1.25, is that correct?

I am not certain whether that is or is not correct; however, f09_f17 is one of the standard grids used, so I might expect the model to fill these settings with default values that you can use.
