a hybrid run aborted after initialization:(seq_frac_check) [rof init] ERROR aborting

[cesm_beginner]

The version I used is 2.1.3.
I am conducting a hybrid run with 2000_DATM%JRA-1p4-2018_SLND_DICE%SSMI_POP2_DROF%JRA_SGLC_SWAV.
The simulated aborted in the first step. I don't know what's wrong here.
I would appreciate it if someone can help me.

Can you try again with CESM2.2? GitHub - ESCOMP/CESM at release-cesm2.2.2

Let me know if that still produces the same error. If so, can you provide your full ./create_newcase command so I can attempt to reproduce the error?
