I am a novice at running CESM and I plan to get started with LM simulation.
I 've no idea about the improvement of the latest version 1.2.1 in comparison with the old ones.
if the previous Ncar's LM experiment restart files are still compatible for CESM1.2.1, where can I get those files?
while if I need do spin-up with prescribed forcings on my own, I've already known that these forcings should be in the year of 850AD, but I still need the details on how to add these forcings by changing the parameters/inputdata of CESM1.2.1. (S,V,GHG,LULC...) Is there any manuuals can guide me?
Through reading the userguide, I seem to understand how to change the solar iraadiance forcing, but how about the others?
