Actively and Inactively managed crop

I think actively managed just refers to crops that are dealt with by the crop model when it is on. Management can include planting, harvesting, fertilizer, irrigation, etc. When the crop model is off, the two crops types are considered to be "unmanaged", although one of them can be irrigated.
