add SST perturbation in coupled model

Hi,

I am using CESM1_2_0. I want to do some ensemble experiments with different SST for initial conditions in coupled model. There have been several threads in forum, but I want to know the exact place where I can modify the F90 code.
One thread is very similar to my question, but no one replied it.

Maybe this is a very trivial question. I should improve reading ability for F90 code.
