An error occurred creating a runoff to ocean mapping file with 0.5deg runoff file

Hi everyone,
When I used CESM1.2.2 for paleoclimate modeling, I created a mapping file using PaleoToolki, which maps 0.5deg runoff to the T31 ocean, at step 25. What is the reason for this error? I have attached the relevant materials, I urgently need help, thank you!

I misspoke. It's mapped to the gx3v7 ocean
