Are the CLM land-only release datasets displayed on the website of Climate Data Gateway at NCAR archived on Cheyenne?

Hi,

I was checking one of the CLM land-only release datasets at the website: Climate Data Gateway at NCAR.

I would like to download some netcdf files that contain the respiration variables on the webpage. According to the download note as shown bellow,

I am wondering whether the Tape Archive is on Cheyenne? Could I access the dataset on Cheyenne instead of using Wget to download it to my /glade/work space?
