At which step does the model output data?

Hi model experts,Based on  my limit understanding of model structure, in a time step, the model will calculate the dynamic core tendency, update, interpolate to physics level and grid, calculate physics tendency, update and adjust the pressure on each hybrid vertical level. (This is probabaly wrong, please correct me!)If one time step is separated into several stages, then which stage is the output done? Especially for tendency output, e.g. TTEND,UTEND,PTTEND etc., is TTEND the same as T in next step minus T in this step? Or they are different due to the complicated adjustment? Is there a relation like DTCORE(T tendency contributed by dynamic core)+PTTEND(T tendency contributed by physics process)=TTEND(total T tendency)?I know this is very detail questions... I am grateful to any suggestion! Thanks in advance.Wanying
