atm_averages diagnostic

Hello,

When running `atm_averages` on derecho and I get the error

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'Nio'

The way I setup the diagnostics package is:

module use /glade/work/bdobbins/Software/Modules
module load cesm_postprocessing_derecho
create_postprocess -caseroot=

Any help will be appreciated!
