Atmosphere Transient Simulation with Chemistry

Dear all,I am fairly new to CESM so sorry for the basic question. I wonder how can I run atmosphere model with interactive chemistry using time varying boundary conditions, i.e., FAMIP type of runs with chemistry? I didn't seem to find a supported compset that does this. The FAMIP compsets seem to use prescribed aerosols. Those with chemistry, e.g. F_2000_TROP_MOZART are for present day only. Thank you very much!Jing

Hi Jing,
What version of the model are you running? You could start from a specified dynamics compset that however has options you don't want. Those could be easily removed to produce a transient free-running AMIP version. However, there is a list of adjustments that would have to be made. Let us know if you decide to do that.Cheers,Simone
