BC prepration for future RUN for CESM/CAM using ts and sic from AOGCM ??

Dear Usres,
I want to create boundary conditions for planned future runs for CESM/CAM model, I am planning to use ts and sic from CMIP5 (AOGCM) output and CAM SST boundary condition of present day.Can i use 'ts' ??and my another qusetion about time-diddling of final output values of transient ts and sic value before being added to present day values. How can i do time-diddling ? Is there some utility avialable in cesm source code ?? OR I have to write my own code for tim-diddling of sst and sea-ice variable?Please help me.Thanking you in anticipation.
