Dear All,
I was following the CESM spin up turtorial here 1.5.4. Spinning up the Satellite Phenology Model — ctsm release-clm5.0 documentation . I find the definition of the steady state of Statellite-Phenology model is to run 50 simulation years.
While I am curious about any indicators about a SP case , comparing to the script SpinupStability_v10.ncl ,which applys the indicators and thrshold as follows:
GPP, TOTVEGC, TOTSOMC, TOTECOSYSC, TLAI :0.02(PgC/yr or m²/m²/yr)
TWS:0.001( m/yr)
H2OSNO:1.0( mm/yr)
glob_thresh_area: 3.0
Then I was trying to utilize the radiation flux to be kind of indicator of the steady state of a Spined up case :
By modify the script I gain some similar output.

Is my modification valid? Or are there better indicators for a SP-driven DATM compset?
