bias in the surface air temperature

Hi
I am running the CAM simulation in single column mode. I am using the CESM2.1.2
As I plotted the surface air temperature, from the model output versus the observation (iop file data). The initial temperature which the model should follow the observation, but it is not happening.
At the initial time, it is showing a cold bias of around 8 Kelvin.
Is there any way, I can remove this bias at the initial time step?

I have attached initial data and the IOP file I am using for the run.
iopfile : mc3e_iop.nc
ncdata : ncdata_iop.nc

I have also attached the atm_in file for reference.

Best Regards,
