Hi, we are working on getting CESM / CLM4 up and running on our Linux cluster here using the create case tool for a regional test case. The configure and build seem to complete without errors, but when I run ccsm.exe (either via mpirun or just directly), I get the following errors:
0 - MPI_GROUP_RANGE_INCL : Invalid rank 1
[0] Aborting program !
(seq_comm_setcomm) initialize ID ( 7 GLOBAL ) pelist = 0 0 1 ( npes = 1) ( nthreads = 1)
[0] Aborting program!
p0_27915: p4_error: : 8262
I have been working with our admin. to make sure I have all libraries linked correctly in the various /Machine/ files.
