Calculating vertical level for given height

Hi Everyone,Please help me in finding the vertical sigma level in the cam 4 model for a given height.Although the documentation tells something about calculating it using pressure with the following equation,p

(i,j)The coeffcients A and B are not very clear. Please help me in getting through.
