ext_frc_cycle_yr
and ext_frc_type
to 'CYCLICAL'
, and changed the aerosol emission files to those in SSP experiments as below. However, the emission data in most of these files jumped directly from 201512 to 202001. The experiment failed with error messages similar to

Because I want to cycle over a single year, I cannot set
ext_frc_cycle_yr
and ext_frc_type
to 'INTERP_MISSING_MONTHS'
, which interpolate between years and preserve the seasonal cycle. I am wondering if there is any tools that I can use to interpolate the emission data so that I can use the interpolated data as the inputs for this experiment?Any help is appreciated!
