Cannot find a ***.cpl*.r.*.nc file in directory ....

Hi,
Now I'm trying to run a clm 5.0 model, all the process (e.g., setup build and run) can be excuted successfully. However, no result files(i.e.,*clm2.h0*.nc) can be generated, I have attached the atm.log and cesm.log files below, the error shows:

Do you know what's wrong?

I'm not sure, check both your run directory and your archive directory for the files. Some previous posts have suggested running ./case.st_archive --test-case in your case directory to check if the short term archiver is working correctly on your machine.
