cannot find configure file under /cesm1_2_2/models/utils/pio

Hi everyone,This is Haiyan. I have just downloaded cesm1_2_2 with svn without yielding any error. However, I cannot see the configure file under /cesm1_2_2/models/utils/pio. Do I need to download this file separately? Where? Thanks,Best regards,Haiyan
