case.run no results

Hello, everyone:
I am running a test case in cesm2.1_tutorial_2021, (./create_newcase --case B1850_test2 --compset B1850 --res f09_g17 --mach Neimenggu --compiler intel). Everything is the mode default(STOP_OPTION=ndays,STOP_N=5). However, the case has been run for over 24 hours, not stop, and does not have output files.
Can anyone give me some advice? Thank you in advance!

Are there log files? It sounds as if you have a hung job - cancel it and try some simple tests like mpi-hello-world.

Thanks, no log files, and it shows the model was working("R"). I have canceled it and will try simpler tests.
