ccsm b30.009 1990 or 2000 control run?

I am doing a branchrun using b30.009 ..I have obtatined restart,initial files from esg. does b30.009 correspond to 1990 control run or 2000 controlrun because in http://www.ccsm.ucar.edu/experiments/ccsm3.0/ it says 1990 run
but in http://www.cgd.ucar.edu/ccr/strandwg/CCSM3_AR4_Experiments.html PDcntrl has same case name says it is forced with yr 2000 values.

b30.008 is definitely a 1990 control run. SO it is run with 1990 forcings constant throughout the run.

I meant b30.009 of course
