CCSM4 RCP4.5 extension to 2300

Hi,
I would like to run simulations based on CCSM4 with RCP4.5 extension from 2100 to 2300 which is the same as the case 'b40.rcp4_5.2300.001'. Could you please instruct me how to set the input forcing including prescribed_ozone and solar? Are they fixed in the extension simulation? And could you please instruct me how to set the 'CAM_NML_USE_CASE' and 'CLM_NML_USE_CASE' in this extension simulation? Meanwhile, I am wondering that whether there are restart file beginng at 2101-01-01 based on other ensembles such as rcp45_r2i1p1 or rcp45_r3i1p1 that are avaliable? Thank you!

I've attached the "cam.buildnml.csh" from the CCSM4 RCP6.0 simulation that you can use as a template for RCP4.5.

Unfortunately, the restarts for those 10-year-old CCSM4 runs are no longer available and it's not a supported model.

I have another question regrading the input forcing file. For the ozone forcing, the file used in the extension experiment is
'ozone_rcp45_v1_1.9x2.5_L26_1995-2505_c100726.nc' and it used be in the directory of /glade/p/cesm/cseg/inputdata/RCP2300/. However it seems like that the directory RCP2300 has been deleted or removed, then could you please tell me where can I find the ozone forcing file? Thank you~
