Is there any model output available for simpler experiments like compset F_1850_CAM5 or F_2000_CAM5 for CESM 1.2.2 or CESM1? I did check the dataset collection available on the website but did not find these runs.

We really don't have CESM1 or CESM 1.2.2 output available; do you really need those specific model versions?
CESM LENS1 was run with CESM1.1 and an F_1850 case was run, namely, f.e11.F1850C5CN.f09_f09.001.
The output from that run is available as part of the CESM LENS1, at

The data are arranged by output variable, with the f.e11.F1850C5CN.f09_f09.001 data mixed in with the other runs from that project.
