CESM Performance on Yellowstone

Hi,I am currently running CESM1.0.5 on Yellowstone at 1.9x2.5_gx1v6 resolution.  According to the CESM timing table found here: http://www.cesm.ucar.edu/models/cesm1.0/timing_cesm1_0_5/ , I should expect an output of roughly 42 model years per 24 hours, running on 416 processors.  However, I am only getting roughly 20 model years per 24 hours (see for example, Job ID 386626).  I am wondering how I can improve model performance?Help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you very much.Ivy
