CESM run error

Hi everyone,
i have encountered some problems when running CESM2.3.
This job can build and submit successfully, but suspend as soon as it starts run.
Neither error massenge nor output log can be found in the directory...
We dont know the reason and the way to fix this issue...
Any suggestion may help. Thanks!

It's hard to know what the problem is from this brief description, but it sounds like it might be a system / porting issue. If you haven't already, please go through the process documented in 6. Porting and validating CIME on a new platform — CIME master documentation to see if you can get a simpler configuration to run. If you still encounter problems with even a simple configuration (for example, problems with running scripts_regression_tests), I would suggest posting to the infrastructure / porting forums (Infrastructure (CIME, porting, machines, scripts)). finally, we have found the issue.
we use slurm to submit our job, and this system will output informations while running the model simultaneously.
however, we write an non-existent directory in the slurm, so the jobs will shut down immediately when it starts to run and no error messenge can be found.
