CESM1.2.2 - PIO build fails on certain systems

The FindNETCDF CMake module does not work properly on some systems without the libnetcdff Fortran library, such as pleiades. A patch to resolve this issue can be found in this post:

This patch should be applied in the $CESMROOT/scripts/ccsm_utils/CMake/ directory of the source code on affected systems.
