CESM2: adding command lines to submit script

Hi, I've just started using cesm2 and am getting used to the new python system for submitting a job.I have a simple question. How does one add a shell command to the submit script? e.g. if I want to run "limit stacksize unlimited" every time I run a job, where do I add that? I suspect it's in the config_batch.xml or config_machines.xml files in the /config/ directory but I don't see how to work it in using the provided framework. An example would be fantastic.Thanks very much.
