I've expanded the chemical species in CAM quite a bit. Is it possible to add them to the restart files?
Currently, it is pretty much impossible to get a good restart to work since the chemical array values are reinitialized a 0...
Note: the new species are in a new array added to the physics_state. Not the current 'q' array.
