No, in CLM5 we don't even have a surface dataset that includes soil pH.

Starting in CTSM5.2 we have soil pH on the surface dataset, but this information doesn't have any influence on biogeochemical fluxes in the model at this time. We also do not have the capability to modify soil pH over time. These would be exciting developments to consider adding to the model. Let us know if you have plans to investigate this moving forward.

I wonder where I can get this dataset with soil pH.

Check out the latest tag from the main ctsm development branch (currently CTSM5.3.025)
When you create a case you'll see the default surface dataset in your lnd_in file. This should have soil pH on the dataset.

Instructions for getting the lateset tag are on the ctsm wiki
