CLM: NaN Value while running slab ocean (ETEST) compset

Hi All,

I am trying to run a test slab ocean run using the cesm2.1.5 branch of cesm. I used the following command line to create a case which results into an runtime error mentioned below. Please suggest if something has modified in later branches, which can resolve this issue here. Thanks

./create_newcase --case /scratch/rs9552/CESM_2.1.5_JNb/E_CAM6_2k_CLM5SP_Test --res f19_g17 --compset ETEST --machine greene --run-unsupported

I'm not familiar with this unsupported compset. Could you try a supported compset next? If you still get an error, then we should move this thread to the porting and infrastructure forum to help you figure out how to run on greene.

Hi Selvis,

Thank you very much for your response. I saw similar error were posted on forum and it has been suggested to try on newer branch or model version. then I also tried on cesm2.2.2 where it works fine.
