CLM spin-up

Hello everyone:
Do you know if the length of forcing data will influence the results 'r' ducument when I run with spin-up. What I mean is that if the results I use 20 years and set repeat 100years and 1year set repeat 100years as well are different?

I'm not quite sure I understand the question but we usually spinup over a number of years to introduce some interannual variability into the model from the forcing. For example, if you just picked one year to spinup over, it could be a very dry year and your results at the end of the spinup may be biased toward a dry state.
