The process of the official document CLUBB written by Larson in 2019 is as follows: Step 1 Advance higher-order moments one time step. CLUBB prognoses several subgrid turbulent fluxes, plus several variances and covariances, and finally one third-order moment, the third-order moment of the vertical velocity disturbance. Step 2 Given the updated higher-order moments, diagnose the subgrid PDF. But in clubb/advance_clubb_core_module.F90 subgrid turbulent fluxes plus several variances and covariances, and finally one third-order moment. It seems that these quantities are not calculated by CLUBB but output by other modules? Could someone tell me why it is like this

Thanks for writing dx01, could you please elaborate on which other modules you're referring to and which variable names you're looking at in advance_clubb_core_module.F90 that appear to be outside CLUBB?
