It covers setup, experiments, diagnostics, debugging, contributing, and coupling. The coupling reference includes MOM6 inside CESM alongside other MOM6 drivers.
I drew the material from the MOM6 repository, Sphinx docs, wiki, MOM6-examples, and Adcroft et al. (2019). I used AI while drafting it, so it may contain wrong or stale commands, paths, configuration fields, or scientific explanations.
