Hi all,

I might have found a bug in CESM1.2.1. When compiling CESM without PNETCDF, everything goes smoothly. However, when compiling with PNETCDF, building ERROR occurs at the final stage. It reads " ccsm_comp_mod.o:in function ‘ccsm_comp_mod_mp_ccsm_run_’:ccsm_comp_mod.F90:(.text+0x26): ......... R_X86_64_32 ifort: error #10106: Fatal error in ld, terminated by segmentation violation".

However, when using CESM2.1.3, NO ERROR appears. Can anyone know the reason?

Thanks,
Wenchao
