I need to run
1. script_regression_test.py , to test my installation) and then
2. the create_test for the cheyenne test suit,
./create_test --xml-category prealpha --xml-machine cheyenne ..

then
3. --compset F2000climo --res f19_f19_mg17

But I don;t know what to put in config_pio.xml (for 16 cores,1 node) for these.
Is there documentation please (sorry if I failed to find it)

(I'm running cesm2.1.3-rc.01-0-g0596a97 on gnu with openmpi)

You should not need to change anything in config_pio.xml the defaults should be fine.
